Masuda Funai is seeking an energetic and reliable Office Clerk to support its Chicago location and provide an exceptional experience for our employees, visitors, and vendors.

Schedule: In-office 5 days per week, Monday – Friday

The salary range for this position is based upon various factors including the individual's experience, skills, and qualifications. An estimate of the salary range for this position is: $46,000- $48,000.

Essential Functions of an Office Clerk:
- Assist with records management: scanning, digital filing, destruction
- Handle copying, binding, and collating projects
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and mail
- Maintain office organization including supply stocking and inventory
- Perform data entry and maintain tracking spreadsheets
- Maintain office equipment and arrange service/supplies for printers/copiers
- Perform external errands and messenger runs
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and receive deliveries
- Assist with onsite events and ad hoc projects as needed
- High school diploma or GED and 1-3 years of administrative office experience, preferably in a professional services firm
- Ability to work in the Chicago office Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Ability to perform medium-level physical tasks: bending, reaching, lifting up to 25 pounds, ladder use, and external errands within walking distance
- Ability to stand/walk the majority of the day in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication; polished, professional phone skills; reading/listening and comprehension competency
- Sharp attention to detail with focus on accuracy and consistency
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel; ability to learn new software
- Experience with records management preferred
- Ability to exercise discretion and exhibit a high level of confidentiality
- Adaptable, flexible, and service-oriented with a professional, pleasant demeanor
- Full-time, non-exempt position
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with 1 hour for lunch; occasional overtime
